WATERLOO, Ont. — Wildcraft Grill + Long Bar is set to reopen following a month-long renovation project.

“The planning and work that has gone into Wildcraft’s reinvention is something we’re very proud of and our entire team is thrilled for this change,” says Jody Palubiski, CEO of the Charcoal Group of Restaurants. “Being in a growing and changing landscape like Waterloo, we know this refurbishment will be something special for the city to enjoy.”

In addition to aesthetic changes both inside and out, the restaurant has adapted a variety of new offerings for its guests, including a revamped cocktail menu with a BarChef-themed approach and an expanded draught lineup. Wildcraft’s culinary menu will also feature new additions alongside current signature dishes and popular offerings from the past.

The restaurant will host a ticketed pre-opening party on February 5, welcoming the public to experience the refreshed Wildcraft concept with drinks, food, live music, and local artistry. The proceeds from the event will go to Innisfree Lisaard — a local hospice with locations in Kitchener and Cambridge, Ont.
