Williams Fresh Cafe Reopens in Brantford

BRANTFORD, Ont. — Williams Fresh Cafe has reopened its Brantford location which closed last year due to an electrical fire.

The newly reconstructed café features updated décor with a cleaner, warmer atmosphere, new equipment and furniture, as well as more plugs for computer and phone charging.
Though the pending acquisition of William by Druxy’s Famous Deli initially slowed the progress of the Brantford location’s reconstruction, the recent closing of the deal accelerated the rebuilding process.

“This reopening signals a new period of growth for Williams,” says Bruce Druxerman, president of Druxy’s Inc. “It’s been eight years since a new location opened so we see this Brantford event as an important milestone in our efforts to further solidify our position as a well-respected coffee house brand.”

In fact, there are already plans to expand the Williams brand’s presence in Ontario. “The one message I have for our many loyal Williams fans is that we are on our way to a neighbourhood near you,” says Harold Druxerman, VP of Finance at Druxy’s Inc. “Six new Williams Fresh Cafes across Southern Ontario are already in the works for 2016 and we’re just getting started.”
