BRANTFORD, Ont. — Tim Hortons and McDonald’s aren’t the only ones promoting new coffee offerings now that that Williams Fresh Cafe has introduced a new fair trade, organic Sumatra “bold” coffee.
“Sourced from fertile soils of Gayo Mountain and produced in limited quantities, this shade-grown, organically processed coffee is triple picked to ensure perfection and showcases the best characteristics of Sumatran coffees,” said David Manno, vice-president, Purchasing.
The coffee beans are roasted longer than usual under “strict conditions” to create what’s described as a deep, rich and complex flavour with a smooth, sweet finish.
The Brantford, Ont.-based Williams Fresh Cafe offers coffee, specialty coffees and teas, soups, sandwiches, salads and more. There are 39 cafés across Ontario.
