EDMONTON — Wok Box is preparing to open its first Michigan restaurant next month, the first of five planned for the state.
This latest addition marks the Edmonton-based brand’s entry into its fifth state. Wok Box currently has U.S. locations in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, South Carolina and Texas.
Wok Box’s menu specializes in fresh, wok-cooked Asian cuisine influenced by the flavours of 10 Asian regions, including Thailand, Malaysia, Mongolia, Singapore, Korea, China, Japan, India, Cambodia and Vietnam.
The fast-casual chain got its start in 2004 and has since grown to 80 locations throughout Canada, the U.S. and Qatar.
