TORONTO — Xango, owned by Liberty Entertainment Group (LEG), re-opened its patio in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood with new executive chef Shawn Tesoro at the helm. Tesoro has created a menu that focuses on Asian and Peruvian cuisines.
Xango offers a range of new dishes, including tempura shishito peppers, crispy spicy quid, black cod tacos and lamb lollipops.
The Xango team also created a new list of cocktails in addition to its gin & tonic bar, sake offerings, bottle service and wine selection. In July, Xango will start a weekly offering called Threesome Thursdays, serving flights of tequilas, beer and wine paired with tapas and tacos.
The patio at Xango is accepting reservations (Tuesday to Sunday) and also offers takeout and delivery services.
