VANCOUVER — Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver’s Yew Seafood + Bar has unveiled a list of specially selected wine bottles for 50-per-cent off during its new “Vino’clock” promotion, which will take place Sunday to Wednesday from 5 pm to close.
“We are so thrilled to share this with our guests — it’s a truly distinctive offer, with amazing wines you wouldn’t generally see included in a restaurant promotion,” says Johan Monterrat, assistant general manager, Yew Seafood + Bar. “The selected labels highlight the worldly expertise of Yew’s past and present wine masters who, through the years, have selected and introduced some of the best wines in the world to our guests — some are my personal favourites, such as the Château Gazin.”
This carefully curated list creates the opportunity for guests to wine and dine featuing new dishes from restaurant chef Evan Morgan’s sustainable-seafood menu, while enjoying their favourite bottles or top-tier selections they’ve always wanted to try.
The Vino’clock wine list boasts more than 20 fine wines, with highlights such as: Château Gazin, Bordeaux, Pomerol 2010 ($305): Continuum Estate Vineyard, Napa Valley 2013 ($362); Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame, Brut 2006 ($275); Mission Hill Family Estate, Oculus, Okanagan Valley 2012, ($167); Benjamin Bridge, M/C Brut, Gaspereau Valley, 2009 for ($72); and many others.
