Yogen Früz Signs Deal With Jamba Juice

LOS ANGELES — Yogen Früz frozen yogurt has signed a deal with Jamba Juice that provides the latter the right to use Yogen Früz operating system and registered trademarks, including “Powered by Yogen Früz” and “Yogen Früz.”

“Jamba is a widely recognized brand that is very popular among U.S. consumers,” said Aaron Serruya, president and CEO of Yogen Früz.

“Given the high level of consumer brand awareness and high quality reference, associated with the Jamba Juice brand, along with their broad U.S.A. location placement, we believe this arrangement provides an effective method of brand enhancement and awareness in support of our continued Yogen Früz growth initiatives in the U.S.A. market.”

Jamba currently offers Whirl’sns Frozen Yogurt in about 122 California stores and has plans to expand the product line.
