TORONTO — Yogen Früz is celebrating 30 years in business by allowing customers to design the brand’s next cup.
The Designed by Ü contest invites customers to submit a design concept for a cup and the winning entry will be used in Yogen Früz stores for a limited time.
Founded in Toronto in 1986 by two brothers, Yogen Früz started off as a small frozen yogurt shop before growing to more than 1,400 locations in 47 countries. Since its inception, Yogen Früz has been named a top 500 franchise, a top 20 food franchise and, recently, a top 100 global franchise.
“We are very thrilled to be celebrating 30 years for the Yogen Früz brand,” says Aaron Serruya, CEO of Yogen Früz. “It is a historical year and we have lots of exciting things planned.”
The Designed by Ü winner will have their design featured on the company website and will be treated to five years’ worth of free frozen yogurt or a $1,000 scholarship.
