KITCHENER, Ont. — Brick Brewing Co. Limited has sold Formosa brewery.
George Croft, president and CEO of Brick commented on the sale of Formosa by thanking the Formosa employees for their valuable contributions over many years.
Brick intends to utilize the sale proceeds to fund capital projects, pay down debt, and for other general corporate purposes.
