TORONTO — The team behind Lil’ Baci is set to launch a new coffee bar in Toronto’s Davenport Village this week. Bob Coffee Bar will offer artisanal coffee and teas, decadent pastries, sandwiches, soups, local craft beer, wine, cocktails, board games and branded merchandise in a fully-licensed environment.
Co-partners Mark Bacci, Suresh Singh and Riyaz Somani created Bob Coffee Bar as an alternative to traditional coffee shops found throughout Toronto. The café’s atmosphere is ideal day or night for friends and families, with comfortable seating, good music, bites and even better drinks.
Bob Coffee Bar will feature local brands, including Hale espresso, Las Chicas coffee from St. Thomas, Village Juicery juices, Boylan Soda, Petite Thuet pastries and Dufflet cakes.
Bacci, Singh and Somani are also set to open a new Italian joint neighbouring the café. Annabelle, which is set to launch this spring, is inspired by the small trattorias in the suburbs of Rome.
Bob Coffee Bar opens Feb. 16 and will celebrate by offering free coffee all day.
