On November 7-8, 2017, the Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa will be hosting the Building a Sustainable Dairy Industry Symposium.
The two-day event will have speakers speaking on how important is milk from sustainable farms in Canada; will milk continue to be a part of a sustainable, nutritious diet; and what is a processor’s and retailers’s perspective on dairy sustainability.
