CALGARY, Alta. — Good Earth Coffeehouse is continuing the expansion of its cafés into university campuses and healthcare facilities across Canada. The expansion will see the opening of several new locations, bringing the company’s total to 15 healthcare and seven university locations.

The new locations include the University of Calgary (three locations); Grand Prairie Regional Hospital (Grand Prairie, Alta.), University of Alberta Hospital, Walter Mackenzie Centre (Edmonton), Royal University Hospital (Saskatoon, Sask.) and SickKids Hospital (Toronto).

“We’re thrilled to continue expanding into these important institutional spaces,” says Gerry Docherty, president and COO of Good Earth Coffeehouse. “Our mission has always been to provide high-quality, sustainable coffee and fresh food options to our communities. Our values of sustainability and social responsibility resonate strongly with education and healthcare institutions. Through these partnerships we can meet the unique needs of students, faculty, patients, and healthcare workers, providing them a welcoming space that offers a much-needed pause.”
