BURLINGTON, Ont. — Hangry Chicken celebrated its one-year anniversary on November 23. To mark the occasion, the Burlington, Ont.-based Piri Piri-chicken restaurant offered 50-per-cent off all lunch and family dinner-menu items.
“Over the past year, we’ve had the opportunity to introduce Burlington and the surrounding area to traditional Portuguese cuisine with a modern twist. Even amidst the pandemic, the community has continued to support Hangry Chicken and show their love for our restaurant,” says David White, director of Operations for Hangry Chicken. “Considering the hurdles the restaurant industry has faced during the past year, we want to show our appreciation to our loyal customers. We’re happy with what we have accomplished as a team and are excited for the year to come.”
Hangry Chicken features fresh, never-frozen ingredients, with a focus on local and ethical sourcing. Popular menu items include the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich, the Piri Piri Poutine and Hangry Wings.
