PICKERING, Ont. — Redberry Restaurants has opened its latest Jersey Mike’s in Pickering, Ont., marking the sixth location the company has opened since August 2024.
Other locations have opened in Markham, North York, Brantford, Guelph, Ont. and Toronto’s Union Station. The Ontario locations are the first of 300 Redberry has planned for Canada and these six will employ nearly 180 crew members. Redberry also owns two existing and recently re-modelled Jersey Mike’s locations in Kitchener and London, Ont.
