It’s been a year of upheaval, change and reduced sales for Canada’s foodservice industry. Nowhere is this as evident than in the June edition of Foodservice and Hospitality, which highlights our Top 50 Report, ranking the leading companies based on year-end sales. Normally, this signature report would feature the leading Top 100 companies, but with COVID-19 wreaking havoc across industry segments, this year’s report reflects the lingering impacts of this pandemic on one of the hardest-hit industries.
