TORONTO — Kinton Ramen is launching a coast-to-coast culinary celebration called The Kinton Summer Ramen Tour.
Until September 28, the brand is serving up chilled ramen creations, seasonal drink pairings and a stamp card rewards program across Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, Manitoba and British Columbia.
The menu includes Chilled Psukemen, made with cool noodles with pork, seasoned egg and dipping sauce; Golden Chill Ramen Salad, made with sesame-dressed noodles with chicken, crispy toppings and arugula; Spicy Mazemen, a broth-less ramen that includes spicy beef, corn, arugula and poached egg; and Yuzu Chill Ramen, made with yuzu chicken broth with lemon, tomatoes and egg.
“We wanted to create a summer experience that reflects the spirit of travel, light flavours and discovery,” says Alan De Luna, senior Marketing manager at Kinka Family, the parent company of Kinton Ramen. “We’re thrilled for guests across Canada to explore our chilled ramen creations. This launch celebrates our growth – including our expansion into Alberta and Manitoba – and reinforces what we are: a proud Canadian brand with a passion for sharing ramen culture in fresh and exciting ways.”
