TORONTO — Lactalis Canada has appointed Matt Price to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 1.
In this role, Price will lead Lactalis Canada’s total human-resources strategy for a 4000+ workforce across the country including corporate human resources, industrial relations, organizational development, talent acquisition and total rewards.

Price was most recently at Unilever as senior vice-president, HR, Ice Cream, Americas, where he led the HR agenda across North & South America. Prior to that, he was the senior vice-president, Foods North America & vice-president, HR, Eastern Europe, overseeing more than 3,000 employees across 20 countries. He has also held senior HR leadership roles at Mars Inc. and GSK in Canada.
