Lactalis Canada Partners with Chef Massimo Capra

TORONTO — Lactalis Canada has partnered with Italian-Canadian chef Massimo Capra as the official ambassador of Galbani in Canada, representing both retail and foodservice portfolios.

The partnership aims to inspire Canadians and Canadian chefs, restaurants and foodservice partners to further discover and enjoy the versatile and authentic flavours of Galbani cheeses.
