TORONTO — A Mill Street Brewery Pub is set to open at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport in time for Easter, according to SSP Canada, which will add the restaurant to the list of food and beverage brands it operates.

“We are so excited to welcome the Mill Street Brewery Pub to Toronto Pearson,” said Pamela Griffith-Jones, chief marketing and commercial officer for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority.

“We have made a commitment to create unique and memorable experiences for our guests at the airport and to showcase the best of what Toronto and this region have to offer, and Mill Street Brewery is a great example of that. Our guests are going to love the opportunity for great beer and great food in a fun and interactive environment while they wait for their flights.”

The airport location will feature award-winning beer and pub-style food. Menu offerings include Port Steak Cobb Salad with Cobblestone stout-infused ranch dressing, Beer Drenched Cedar Plank Salmon topped with maple-mustered glaze and beer such as Tankhouse Pale Ale and Mill Street Helles Bock.

Toronto’s Mill Street Brewery, which was founded in 2002, sells a combination of lagers and ales in draught, bottles and cans across Canada.
