CALGARY — Pegasus Group has launched a new franchise concept at the Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire in downtown Calgary.
The new concept — Flower & Wolf — is part of Fortunate Fox Holdings Inc. and is franchised to the hotel’s owner, InnVest Hotels.
Flower & Wolf is a hip gastropub designed to offer a familiar yet refreshing experience. Its menu features made-from-scratch pub fare alongside a selection of local craft beers and cocktails.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering items such as an omelette with goat cheese, mushrooms, preserved tomato, basil pesto and crisp potatoes ($14); foie gras and waffles with maple syrup, blueberry, truffle, crème fraîche and ($17); a footlong wagyu hotdog with truffle sauerkraut, dijonnaise, crispy onions, pickled jalapeños and triple cooked chips ($18); and a selection of mini pizzas ($11 to $14).
