MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Redberry Restaurants will open the latest Ontario Jersey Mike’s Subs in Mississauga, Ont. on May 14, marking its eighth Ontario location. A second Mississauga Jersey Mike’s will open in the Heartland Town Centre this summer. The Ontario locations are the first of 300 Redberry has planned for Canada and will employ more than 200 crew members.
To celebrate, Redberry will hold a grand opening and fundraiser from May 14 to May 18 to support Make-A-Wish Canada and its mission to grant life-changing wishes to children with critical illnesses. Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon distributed through a grassroots effort prior to the opening can make a minimum $3 contribution to Make-A-Wish Canada in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.
Customers without a coupon will have the opportunity to download the Jersey Mike’s app and earn a free regular sub after their first in-app sub purchase and will also be able to support Make-A-Wish Canada via a donation box near the register.
