Restaurateur Nathalie Côté, executive chef Alessandro Bleve and sommelier Jean-Benoit Hinse have opened the doors to a new Italian restaurant. Stella Pizzeria specializes in thin-crust pizzas alongside rotating salad and pasta selections. Hinse’s wine list, consisting of 60 per cent Italian wines, has been curated to complement Stella dishes. The restaurant seats 50 guests and will have a terrace added next year. The eatery is currently operates from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., every day of the week. Stella’s menu has yet to be released outside of its doors.
