QUEBEC — Saputo has renewed its partnership with La Tablée des Chefs, a Quebec -based non-profit organization committed to fighting food insecurity for another three years. This renewed commitment includes an annual contribution of $225,000 in financial support and $55,000 in dairy products for a total value of $840,000.
Saputo’s contribution will primarily fuel Kitchen Brigades, a flagship program of La Tablée des Chefs that introduces teens aged 12 to 17 to the basics of cooking while promoting healthy habits and independence. Launched in 2012 with Saputo’s support, the program has grown into a nationwide empowerment movement, now implemented in more than 250 high schools in Quebec and 40 more across Canada.
“The ongoing partnership with Saputo has been instrumental to our mission,” says Jean-François Archambault, manager and founder of La Tablée des Chefs. “Whether it’s through financial support, providing product donations, or participating in our fundraising efforts, Saputo has given us the stability and resources to pursue our mission to feed and educate. Their unwavering commitment is helping us build a stronger, healthier future.”
