Subway Canada's Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches

TORONTO — Subway Canada has introduced its new ice cream cookie sandwiches. The company will be celebrating National Ice Cream Day on July 21, and are welcoming Canadians to indulge in this sweet treat for $3.49 at Subway restaurants for a limited time while supplies last. The ice cream cookie sandwiches are exclusively available in restaurants only.

Subway’s cookies were voted the number-1 QSR cookie by Canadians last year, according to Narcity Canada.

“At Subway, we’re committed to making new and exciting updates to our menu to delight our fans. The Summer of Footlong has begun and with things heating up, we’re certain that this frozen treat will sell out from coast-to-coast-to-coast,” says Courtney Hindorff, managing director of Subway Canada.

“The new ice cream cookie sandwich are everything Canadians already love about our classic cookies, but with a twist to celebrate summer,” says Samara Foisy, director of Menu Strategy and Innovation at Subway Canada. “They’re soft and chewy, and the cool vanilla icre cream is the perfect pair for the rich chocolate chunks.”
