TORONTO — Taste Canada is once again taking submissions from publishers and authors for books published in 2018 for the 2019 Taste Canada Awards.
The Taste Laureates of Canada will honour 20 books selected by judges — five gold and five silver medals for both francophone and anglophone publications — in the following categories: general cookbooks; cookbooks with a unique subject; regional and cultural cookbooks; culinary narratives; and, cookbooks that promote healthy eating or a special diet.
The winners will be announced at the Taste Canada Awards/Les Lauréats des Saveurs du Canada Gala in the fall of 2019.
