The 3 Brewers Opens 19th Location

TORONTO — The 3 Brewers (Les 3 Brasseurs) — a Montreal-based brewpub chain — has launched a new Toronto location in Liberty Village. The new location is the brand’s sixth location in the Greater Toronto Area and 19th overall.

The 3 Brewers Liberty offers a line-up of the brand’s brews, including seasonal releases, as well as an exclusive “neighbourhood” beer. The exclusive brew — Hi Fidelity Pale Ale — is named is named after the historic Brunswick Factory building that houses the pub.

In addition to a range of house-brewed beers, the brewpub also offers a menu of beer-friendly food such as beer-battered fries served with Dijon mayo ($7); a steak and mushroom “flamm” flatbread with caramelized onions, cheddar and mozzarella ($16); and Mussels Mariniére & Frites featuring fresh PEI mussels, onions and garlic in a white wine and beer broth ($21).
