MONCTON, N.B. — Ming-Ming Wong, Imvescor’s chief financial officer and interim chief executive officer is leaving the company.
“We wish to heartily thank Ming-Ming for her many years of service to Imvescor” said Robb Chase, chairman of the Board of Directors. “The Board of Directors continues the process initiated in June to identify a new chief executive officer.”
Meanwhile, Denis Richard, a director and former chief executive officer of the company will act as interim chief executive officer and Stéphane LeBlanc, vice-president finance of the company, will be appointed chief financial officer.
