REGINA — K Family Kitchen has reopened roughly nine and a half months after a fire caused $1 million in lost profit, damage and more, according to Global News.
The owners relaunched with a soft opening last Wednesday, which was marketed through word-of-mouth. It turned out to be a success as the restaurant served a full house for Saturday breakfast.
“All the familiar faces have come back,” Robyn Kouros, co-owner, told Global News. “It was like the fire never happened.” [globalnews.ca]
