SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Dr. Maya Warren will join the Kahala Brands team as tastemaster and food scientist for Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry.
“Maya will be a great addition to the team,” says Michael Serruya, chairman and CEO of Kahala Brands. “As our lead food scientist, whom we affectionately call our ‘Tastemaster’ she will work with our research and development team to create new flavours and innovative products unique to each concept.”
Warren received a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Food Science and has vast knowledge of frozen aerated products.
