TORONTO — Alto-Shaam has appointed Yan Garzon as its new regional Sales manager for Canada.
Garzon is a fully trained chef, with more than 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Previously, he worked as a corporate chef for kitchen equipment supplier Les Instruments Testek before transitioning into sales. He also founded Atelier Sous-Vide, a kitchen services consultancy firm.
In his new role, Garzon will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with dealers, consultants and representative groups across Canada. He’ll also work cross-functionally to address customer needs and solutions.
“Yan’s extensive experience and proven track record in the foodservice industry make him an invaluable addition to our team,” says Claudio Baldinelli, VP of Canada and Latin America, Alto-Shaam. “His leadership will further strengthen our international sales efforts and help us achieve our strategic goals.”
