WYLIE, Texas. — Andande Refrigeration Ltd. has introduced Bora, its new energy efficient, open-display cabinet for retailers and foodservice operators.
The Bora refrigerated cabinet has achieved a B energy-class rating, which has only been seen on refrigeration complete with glass doors, until now. The energy efficiency can save operators up to $1,650 per year in electricity, reducing their carbon footprint and supporting sustainability goals. Combined with the use of a natural refrigerant, R290, Bora has one of the lowest environmental impacts compared to any modern refrigerated cabinet.
Additionally, the Bora holds more produce and has high merchandising capacity for its footprint. The unit has been designed for convenience and can fit under a standard door frame. It also contains a reversing fan to keep the condenser clean and maintain operating performance.
