GUELPH, Ont. — The 37th-annual Guelph Organic Conference and Trade Show will be held from Jan. 25 to 28, 2018 at the Guelph University Centre.
This four-day conference will feature 43 workshop programs and encourages organic-food producers to interact with leading organic processors, retailers and consumers.
Workshops will offer insights into organic-crop production, organic-livestock production, resilient agriculture and horticulture, viticulture pollination and climate-resilient farms.
