Hosted by renowned Chef Eric Ripert, this year’s Cayman Cookout running from Jan. 12 to 15, will feature Calgary Chef Paul Rogalski.
A strong supporter of sustainable food practices and the state of our oceans, Rogalski, from Calgary’s celebrated “Rouge” restaurant, will be rubbing shoulders and cooking with several talented chefs at the anticipated four day epicurean event.
Outspoken and witty, Anthony Bourdain, host of No Reservations, will participate again this year, as will culinary all stars Ferran Adrià, Richard Blais, José Andrés, April Bloomfield and famed pastry chef François Payard.
Chef Ripert’s 4th annual Cayman Cookout promises to be an exciting weekend full of cooking demonstrations, tastings and excursions culminating in the Cayman Cookout Gala Dinner, a seven course meal prepared by the weekend’s celebrated chefs.
Tickets will go on sale starting September 15, 2001.
