HALIFAX — Five hundred and forty nine photos of more than 200 chefs at the 49th Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) Convention, held earlier this month in Halifax, are now available online.
The pictures include: a group photo, culinary creations prepared by competing junior and senior chefs, food, wine and beer sampling and demos at The Halifax Citadel, seminar and workshop speakers, award-winning author and inspirational speaker Chef Charles Carroll, the CCFCC Honour Society induction dinner, the President’s Gala Dinner, the Atlantic kitchen party at Keith’s Brewery, an Annapolis Valley wine tour and social events. The theme of the convention was Sustainable Food Systems.
Produced by Halifax photographer Shelley Wyman, in cooperation with the CCFCC, the photos can be sorted into user portfolios.
