Cinnamon-Raisin Oat Milk Smoothie


Yields 24, 12-oz servings


  • 5.45 kg oat milk
  • 1.02 kg banana, very ripe
  • 2.21 kg California raisins
  • 510 g almonds, toasted
  • 7 g cinnamon, ground
  • 6 g kosher salt


  1. Place all ingredients in blender, blend at low for 20 seconds, increase speed to high and let blend for another 30 to 45 seconds.
  2. Pour smoothie into glass and garnish with a little cinnamon, California raisins and chopped almonds.
