Yields 24, 12-oz servings
Ingredients:
- 5.45 kg oat milk
- 1.02 kg banana, very ripe
- 2.21 kg California raisins
- 510 g almonds, toasted
- 7 g cinnamon, ground
- 6 g kosher salt
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in blender, blend at low for 20 seconds, increase speed to high and let blend for another 30 to 45 seconds.
- Pour smoothie into glass and garnish with a little cinnamon, California raisins and chopped almonds.
