TORONTO — Nick Kennedy, owner of Civil Liberties Bar, along with veteran consumer-goods executives and entrepreneurs Mary Beth and John Williamson, are elevating classic cocktails in keg and ready-to-pour bottle formats with Civil Pours with the launch of a Civil Pours Cocktail Patio Bar and Bottle Shop Pop-Up.

The pop-up will run until mid-September and features a 50-seat enclosed patio. Guests will enjoy exceptional kegged cocktails on tap, expertly made with proprietary distilling technology that amplifies freshness and vibrancy and retains all flavour notes. The menu includes an Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, Margarita, Whiskey Sour and Jalapeno Margarita. A spirit-free cocktail option and snack menu are also available.

The onsite bottle shop offers an exclusive run of Civil Pours’ ready-to-pour bottles, including Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, Margarita and Whiskey Sour.

Civil Pours is a natural extension of our team’s passion for cocktails and hospitality, bringing novel solutions to solve age-old bartending problems,”says Kennedy, co-founder of Civil Pours and owner of Civil Liberties Bar. “We’re excited to give our guests and peers a sneak peek into how we’re tapping into the leading edge of cocktail science and technology.
