TORONTO — Chef Craig Harding has revealed his new, highly anticipated restaurant venture, Bar Prima, with chef Julian D’Ippolito. Joining Harding and D’Ippolito is chef Nicholas Iaboni (formerly of Buca Osteria & Enoteca), who has been named chef de cuisine at Bar Prima.
Set to open its doors this fall, the Queen St. W. restaurant will feature a luxurious atmosphere that evokes a sense of timelessness and nostalgia. The menu will be loaded with Italian classics, polished and refined to suit the elevated and elegant atmosphere.
Every other week until opening, future guests can indulge in a series of curated Spotify playlists that will bring Bar Prima’s exciting atmosphere to life. Curated by friends and collaborators, including Martina Sorbara of Dragonette and Jimmy Shaw of Metric, the mixes will provide fresh doses of inspiration from the likes of Quentin Tarantino, old Hollywood, Italian disco, Madonna and more.
