PETERBOROUGH, Ont. — Select senior High school culinarians are preparing to head to Central Ontario’s Fleming College for a Cast Iron Chef Competition.
One Fleming chef/professor along with Fleming culinary students and the secondary students will comprise the teams, which will each prepare an appetizer, a main course and a dessert at the school’s Fulford’s Restaurant on its Sutherland Campus in Peterborough, Ont. on March 5.
Guests will receive a tasting portion of each team’s three-course meal before voting for the winner.
