TORONTO — The 2012 Foodservice Interchange, themed “Foodservice Realities,” will be held March 5 at Toronto’s Allstream Centre at Exhibition Place.
Highlights will include an Economic Overview of Foodservice presented by Benjamin Tal of CIBC World Markets, and Foodservice Trends presented by Darren Tristano of Chicago’s Technomic Inc.
An industry panel on the “Future of People in Foodservice,” will be moderated by Craig Murray of Kraft Canada Inc.
