Japanese pancake shop Fuwa Fuwa opened a new location in Mississauga, Ont. — its third Canadian location — on January 6.
Fuwa Fuwa, translated to ‘fluffy fluffy,’ serves its signature pancakes — a traditional Japanese dessert — which are a cross between a soufflé and a pancake.
The menu also boasts many savoury and sweet options, such as Nutella-Banana Pancake ($12.80), Fruit Forest Pancake ($16.30) Fuwa Fuwa Mango Pancake ($13.10) and the Tiramisu Pancake ($14.80). Each dish is served with two pancakes and an assortment of fresh fruit.
