TORONTO — Renowned Canadian chef Jamie Kennedy is opening his Gilead Wine Bar in Toronto for dinner service, starting Dec. 5.
“Our neighbourhood is starting to feel more like a village. It’s time to re-open in the evening. This is what our customers are telling us,” said Kennedy of the Corktown neighbourhood restaurant.
The establishment already serves breakfast, lunch and brunch. The new dinner menu will offer Jamie Kennedy’s signature locally sourced, seasonal dishes and fine local wines.
