TORONTO — Gusto 54 Restaurant Group will open a new concept in Toronto this fall.
Following the success of its predecessor, Gusto 101, Gusto 501 — located at 501 King St. E. — will boast a five-level dining experience, equipped with an all glass façade soaking the restaurant in natural light. The levels include an open-concept ground floor dining-room, semi-private Amari lounge, cocktail bar and a chef tasting kitchen called Attico on the top floor.
The new Italian restaurant, designed by PARTISANS, also offers up a seasonal rooftop patio.
Guests can enjoy many of its predecessor’s menu favourites, as well as some new dishes — spins on contemporary Italian — exclusive to the King Street location.
