TORONTO — Ice-cream giant Häagen-Dazs’s is marketing an endorsement from Peller Estates Winery chef Jason Parsons.
“There’s a popular misconception out there that eating rich, flavourful food is something to feel guilty about,” says Parsons, who authored the 3 Chefs: The Kitchen Men cookbook. “Food is meant to be enjoyed. It’s all about ingredients and moderation. Instead of devouring a large tub of average ice cream, indulge in richer, flavour-intense bites of a brand like Häagen-Dazs, which is made with the best quality ingredients and comes pre-packaged in smaller portions.”
Häagen-Dazs is introducing three small-size desserts, including Half-the-Fat-Lemon, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Caramel Crunch Miniatures.
