HOUSTON — The Conference of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association has been scheduled to take place from Nov. 6 to 9 at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The invite-only event is limited to 400 people and will focus on the consumer value shift. It will include award-winning chain operator panels and new findings on collaborative foodservice innovation.Additional keynote speakers include Herman Cain, foodservice-industry veteran; Les McKeown, a bestselling author; and A.T. Kearny, a commodity specialist.
