Lactalis Canada Receives Two Canadian Grocer Impact Awards

TORONTO — Lactalis Canada has been recognized with two 2023 Canadian Grocer Impact awards in the Supporting Employees and Community Service categories.

As part of Lactalis Canada’s support of employees and commitment to being an Employer of Choice, the company has enhanced its Total Rewards program with updated financial wellbeing, mental health and wellness offerings; invested significantly in training and professional development; and created innovative programs to foster intrapreneurship and two-way communication across the organization.

In addition to the company’s ongoing commitment to the communities it operates in, Lactalis Canada’s P’tit Québec brand implemented its second annual P’tits projets pas si p’tits campaign in June 2022, which focused on the Sainte-Aurélie in the Chaudière-Appalaches region of Quebec with an array of enhancement projects that provide the community better spaces to come together, making for a big and lasting impact.
