OAKVILLE, Ont. — Riccio Group has hired Lisa Alexander in a dual role as Ontario Sales manager and corporate chef.
Alexander obtained her Le Cordon Bleu Diplome at Scottsdale Culinary Institute, as well as her associates degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. She wrote her Ontario Provincial Red Seal certification in 2007.
Alexander’s 27-year career includes extensive experience in front-of -house management, banqueting, catering and a-la-carte service. She has been selling capital equipment in the restaurant industry for the past five years.
