MacKay comes to Diva from the Boathouse at Kits Beach, where she was part of the management team that opened the restaurant during the summer of 2010. She brings a mix of high-end dining, hotel and culinary experience, having owned her own catering company and held positions at West Restaurant and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Grand Cayman.
