TORONTO — McDonald’s Canada launched its promised All-Day Breakfast Selections menu yesterday at 11:01 a.m., making some of its popular breakfast items available all day, every day.
The new all-day menu is now available at 1,111 restaurants across the country and includes the Egg McMuffin, the Bacon ‘n Egg McMuffin, the Sausage McMuffin and Sausage ‘n Egg McMuffin breakfast sandwiches, along with Hotcakes, Hotcakes with Sausage, and Hash Browns.
The company also shared a few fun facts about its breakfast menu:
- McDonald’s Canada sources more than 120 million eggs annually from Canadian farmers
- The first Egg McMuffin in Canada was served in 1976
- Based on average sales, Milton, Ont. is the Canada’s Egg McMuffin capital
- The first Egg McMuffin was created by Herb Peterson in Santa Barbara, Calif.
