The 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Dubai has confirmed the appeal of this culinary hotspot. Michelin revealed its new selection of restaurants in the MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2023 at the Atlantis The Royal hotel. A total of 90 restaurants, covering 23 types of cuisine, have caught the attention of the anonymous MICHELIN inspectors.

The MICHELIN Guide Dubai 2023 selection highlights three new one Michelin-starred restaurants, one new two Michelin-starred restaurant and two new Michelin Green Star restaurants. Last week, 17 Bib Gourmand restaurants were revealed, including three new ones.

“We never had any doubt about Dubai’s culinary potential, and this year this fascinating destination confirms its gastronomic appeal,” says Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the MICHELIN Guides. “From international visitors and professionals to local gourmets, everyone wants to be part of Dubai’s very unique energy.
