As we get ready to turn the page on another year, this month’s issue of Foodservice and Hospitality salutes several of the industry’s Hospitality Heroes – the individuals and companies that went above and beyond to help the community during the lingering COVID-19 pandemic.

While 2020 will go down in history as one of the worst years on record, it’s also been a year of learning, appreciation and gratitude as members of the community have come together to help one another through the difficult days of the pandemic. The stories we share this month not only help restore confidence in humanity but also prove once again, that this is an industry with heart.
